Quarantine FAQs

To our dear customers,

We hope you and your loved ones are safe during this unprecedented time.

In cooperation with the Philippine government's efforts to stop the spread of Covid-19 in our country, our Shangri-la Plaza shop will remain closed until further notice.

We are still open 24/7 here on our e-commerce website to cater to your orders. Given the health situation we are currently in, our capabilities in fulfilling your orders shall inevitably be restricted.

We now deliver to all areas of the Philippines. Please expect some delays though due to the quarantine.  Should you have any further inquiries you may contact us through our email at, and through SMS or Viber on our mobile 09154763462.

Q: How long will it take to have my order delivered during the ECQ?  

A: We now deliver to the whole Philippines. Deliveries within Metro Manila shall be fulfilled using our usual courier of choice - ABEST Express.

Courier services such as Lalamove/ Grab/ Mr. Speedy, etc. may also be used to deliver your order. Upon confirmation of payment, we can book the delivery to your location the next day. You also have the option to book the pick-up from our location in Pasig city.  

For provincial orders, we shall use LBC. Please expect some delays in the turnaround time for provincial deliveries. For international orders, kindly send us an email at
