Q: How do I purchase an item from the website?

 

Once you have found the item/s you like, simply click the "Add to Cart" button to add the product/s to your shopping cart.
When you are done shopping you may select Checkout and proceed with your payment online. You may also edit your shopping cart before checking out.

Q: What are the modes of payment accepted on the website?

We accept credit cards, Paypal payments and payments via bank deposit. Once you select Checkout, you will be asked to select a payment method. Credit card payments are facilitated through a secure checkout system provided by Paypal. You may still pay using your credit card even if you do not have a Paypal account. If you choose to pay via bank deposit, details will be provided to you after you select that option.

 

Q: Do I need to create an account before shopping online?

No, we do not require our clients to register to shop online. However, creating an account with us will ensure an easy shopping experience for you. By registering online, you also get first dibs on exclusive sales and promotions.

 

Q: Can I return/have an item exchanged?

Yes. We accept returns/exchanges within 3 days from the time you received the item, provided the item is still unused and in the same condition as it was received. We provide a full refund for the item in the form of store credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable. You may also have an item exchanged.
